Key Responsibilities
Partner with product and design teams to shape the product strategy
and roadmap
Drive operational efficiency and eliminate barriers to execution
for the engineering team
Own the reliability of software in production and manage day-to-day
activities of the team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an engineering manager of a technical
product engineering team
Experience in creating roadmaps in collaboration with product and
design teams
Proven track record of predictable and iterative delivery
cadence
Experience in recruiting and building a diverse and inclusive
engineering team
Familiarity with enterprise software and software as a service
