Key Responsibilities
Manage communications with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional
teams to ensure process visibility and alignment
Partner with workstream leaders to drive operational goals and
manage specific initiatives for the business
Design and optimize processes for efficiency and value in customer
engagement, addressing business needs with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience
13 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role
supporting consulting, cybersecurity, or technology agreements
13 years of experience developing operational process solutions
with cross-functional teams
13 years of experience analyzing data and generating business
insights
Experience independently building executive-ready presentations
