Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Account Director/Client Partner who excels in solution-based selling and possesses a proven track record in closing large and medium-sized fixed-price projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales processes, from RFP response to deal closure, and will thrive in a dynamic environment where pursuing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to pursue and acquire new customers within an account, leveraging a deep understanding of solutions and deal constructions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure, for large and medium-sized fixed-price projects.
  • Travel extensively within the US and internationally as required, to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Present innovative ideas and solutions to clients, effectively articulating value propositions and driving interest and engagement.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring that client perspectives and needs are prioritized in every transaction.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record in selling application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation solutions.
    • Five or more years of experience in solution-based sales, with a strong background in deal constructions and closing fixed-price projects.
    • Proven ability to pursue and acquire new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
    • Demonstrated success in presenting and selling new ideas and solutions to clients.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively without constraints, both domestically and internationally.
    • IT project delivery experience is an added advantage
    • Experience in MedTech/Life Sciences Industry.
