Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Growth Product Leader to oversee
the lifecycle of a new health software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and feature
prioritization
Own growth metrics and develop strategies for user acquisition,
retention, and monetization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on
product development and market entry
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in
HealthTech or SaaS
Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation
to scaling
Strong understanding of growth frameworks and KPIs
Experience with growth hacking strategies and funnel
optimization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize
initiatives
