A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Algorithm,
Support Products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable machine learning models for customer
support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and
quantify impact
Utilize NLP and generative AI to automate issue resolution and
enhance customer interactions
Required Qualifications
9+ years of relevant industry experience with a Master's degree or
PhD in relevant fields
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with TensorFlow
and PyTorch
Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle and algorithms,
particularly in NLP and computer vision
Proficiency with large language models and related AI
technologies
Experience in collaborating with software engineers and
understanding complex systems
