Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Systems Coordinator to serve
as the first point of contact for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
Screen inquiries and transfer qualified students to admissions
advisors
Log and maintain accurate student records and metrics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or its equivalent required
Call Center experience preferred
Customer Service experience preferred
Computer skills and ability to navigate various programs
Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends
