Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and refine rewards programs while streamlining internal
processes
Oversee global compensation and benefits programs to attract and
retain talent
Collaborate with various teams to ensure competitive and equitable
compensation offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business,
accounting, or related field
10+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with 4+
years in program management
7+ years of experience analyzing large quantitative datasets
Understanding of compliance regarding pay equity and current
employment legislation
Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and HRIS query/report
writing tools
