About the role: Oliver is seeking a visionary Director of Product Design for an exciting o p p ortunity to define and drive the client ex p erience for a financial services website. Working closely with the client's digital leadershi p team, they will be looked to as a dot com ex p ert. The Director of P roduct should understand the customer P OV on an enter p rise website and guide its future state through data, best p ractices and innovative conce p ts. This p erson will blend visionary and tactical skills, with a need to design p rototy p es while also setting high-level direction. If you are a leader by nature with dee p design and CX knowledge, this p osition could be a good fit. What you will be doing:

• Roughly 75% strategy and 25% hands-on
• Designing prototypes to set direction and get buy-in
• Synthesizing competitive analysis and customer feedback, then applying insights to craft a frictionless web experience
• Interfacing with C-suite to articulate dot com vision and advocate for seamless experience that outperforms the competition
• Leading discussions to gain alignment among cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech, etc.)
• Making strategic recommendations
• Showing results supported by data (increased engagement, retention, customer feedback, etc.) What you need to be great in this role:
  • Desire to immerse yourself the client's business products and model
  • Experience working on enterprise-level websites
  • Global brand experience a plus
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $130,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
