Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Senior Section Manager
for the Fraud Investigations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage investigators to ensure compliance with
regulations and quality standards
Monitor department performance and manage staffing levels through
recruitment and training
Conduct investigations of sensitive cases and collaborate with
business partners on fraud prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of investigative, law enforcement, or relevant
banking experience
Proven informal/formal leadership and mentoring skills
Professional certification such as CFE or CFSSP is preferred
In-depth knowledge of banking processes and applicable
regulations
