Job Description:

As a staff accountant for this great company with endless room for advancement, you'll be responsible for the following:

Reconcile inventory

Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting activities, including the downloading of large volumes of data and preparation of related analysis.

Assist in the monthly close process.

Prepare journal entries, allocations, and accruals.

Perform monthly accounting and analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Reconcile bank accounts for a portfolio of entities (retail stores) and prepare and distribute routine cash reporting

Work with accounting team on various ad hoc requests and special projects.

Seeking candidates with strong Excel skills such as: V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc. and QuickBooks.

This position requires a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting and minimum 3 years accounting experience. Retail/MFG industry experience highly desirable.
