Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales at SPECTRUM summary: As a
Supervisor of Multi-Tenant Sales, I manage day-to-day operations of
the sales department, ensuring the team meets budgeted sales goals
while enhancing the customer experience. This role involves
supervising sales representatives, conducting recruitment and
training, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
My responsibilities also include performance management and
assisting in budget preparation and marketing strategies. Support
and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day
activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and
enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and
exceeding budgeted sales goals Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant
Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as
assigned Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales
Representatives Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of
approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.Communicate
territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesMonitor
the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all
commissions paymentHandle employee relation issues, including
performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc. Assist with
budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales
offers Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write,
speak and understand EnglishKnowledge of Community Sales practices
Valid drivers license, satisfactory driving record within Company
required standards and auto insuranceRequired EducationBachelors
degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience

A qualified applicants criminal history, if any, will be considered
in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local
ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and
$94,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider
a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications,
experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and
also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other
incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target
starting at $48,000.
